Welcome to Journeycall. We specialise in providing support services for the public transport sector.  For a growing number of train and bus users throughout the UK we are the voice at the other end of the phone. We own and operate Train and Bus Enquiries and FASTICKET brands and provide call handling, fulfillment and other services for third parties, including Stagecoach Group and Transport for London (T f L). Our friendly UK based travel advisors are highly trained in all aspects of train and bus journey planning. .We also undertake the fulfilment of travelcards / smartcards and are licensed by the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to sell rail tickets. .We aim to provide callers with a fast, accurate service on a wide range of public transport enquiries including train times and fares. We operate two 30 seat contact centres, one at Laurencekirk in South Aberdeeenshire and a second at nearby Brechin in Angus, making a total of 60 seats.. We currently handle over 5000 calls per day from members of the public, a figure that is expected to double in the next 12 months.
