Based in Scotland our two centres specialise in the provision of unique, independent and specialist contact centre and fulfilment services to the smartcard and public transport industries.
We occupy high quality technology office accommodation in the Laurencekirk Business Park, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire AB30 1EY. The area comprises two contact centres, two fulfilment areas, a large warehouse, a training centre and support offices. Our second site is situated in the Brechin Business Park, West Road, Brechin, DD9 6RJ. Our current call handling capacity is around 12000 calls per day and we have room for expansion at both sites.
Journeycall's client group includes high profile public and private sector companies including Transport for London, Raileasy, ATOC, Stagecoach Group, Go-Ahead Group and Wrexham & Shropshire Trains. We also own and operate Train and Bus Enquiries.
Our friendly UK based advisors are highly trained, professional and motivated. They provide precise information to customers by phone, email and post, ensuring that at all times, the highest quality of customer care is delivered. Our fulfilment department issues and despatches tickets, travelcards / smartcards and other items in accordance with stringent quality control. We are accredited to ISO9001 : 2000 standards.
