Journeycall has invested heavily to build a robust and flexible technology platform, featuring technology and solutions from vendors such as, Dell, Microsoft, NEC, Cisco, Plantronics and Telcen of Italy.

Our Technology infrastructure includes full call distribution, management and reporting systems enabling us to provide our clients with mission-critical customer care and technical support at the highest level.

Journeycall's clients can expect significantly reduced costs and measurable improvements in service levels and quality. Our policy is to harness the power of new technology to transform the way companies interact with their customers.

.: Our Sites

We occupy about 3000 sq feet of high quality
Technology office accommodation in the Laurencekirk Business Park, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire AB30 1EY. The area Comprises a call handling hall, a large fulfilment area and several smaller offices. As a result of our rapid expansion we've now opened a second facility located in the Brechin Business Park, Brechin, North Angus
This additional facility will double our current call
handling capacity to around 8000 calls per day.
The use of VoIP technology means we shall
be able to seamlessly switch traffic from one site to another, thereby ensuring a high level of business continuity provision.
