Journeycall has detailed procedures for dealing with all aspects of our operations including the vital area of security. We put in place stringent measures to protect our client’s business. In the words of the head of security of one of our clients ‘if you can meet our security requirements, you’ll meet anyones’. For obvious reasons we will not describe our security measures here suffice to say we exceed the industry norm.

.: Data Protection

Journeycall is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals including staff, clients and our clients’ customers in accordance with the Data Protection Act. To comply with the law information held on individuals must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and securely, and not disclosed to a third party unlawfully. This policy applies to all our staff and clients.

.: Disaster Recovery

Journeycall has a robust business continuity procedure covering everything from minor equipment failure to major incidents involving total loss of service. All staff are aware of the procedures to follow in the event of an incident. Journeycall are due to open a second contact centre in March 2007 enabling us to effortlessly transfer operations between the two sites.

Journeycall has in place robust policy procedures covering all aspects of our business. These include Employment & Training, Health & Safety; Equal Opportunity; Environment; Quality Control; Business Continuity; Security & Safety.
