Transport for London

Early in 2006 we won a contract to provide call handling and fulfillment services for Tf L'S smartcard. We handle calls for a number of Oyster Helplines including Telesales and provide fulfilment of smartcards purchased by phone and on-line. We also undertake email response handling on behalf of Tf L.

 

Stagecoach

Since 2005 we have provided telesales for megabus.com Stagecoaches' low cost intercity bus operation. Early in 2006 Stagecoach Group launched megatrain.com, initially on South West Trains and later extending to Virgin Trains.
