Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the setup and ongoing delivery of the service, providing the client with a named contact at all times. ReportSys is a data storage and analysis product which reports on voice traffic, including detailed analysis of call throughput. Reports are available through a web front end via security settings which are bespoke to our customer. ReportSys can be accessed 24 hours/day, allowing customers complete control of their services. Reports can run for any data range and be e-mailed as frequently as the client determines. Stats include calls,minutes, average duration, time to answer and percentage of calls lost/engaged.
