Quentin launched Journeycall in January 2003, his latest venture in a successful entrepreneurial career stretching over 25 years.He is passionate about trains and buses as a green alternative to air and private car travel and his enthusiasm for public transport runs through our business. He aims to make Journeycall the first choice of contact centre for travel operators seeking to outsource their customer support requirements. Prior to going into business he was a journalist and broadcaster.

Trisha is highly experienced in customer care and management & motivation of staff. Through a varied career she has been responsible for looking after customers needs and reporting on service levels. Trisha has been involved in developing and implementing training schemes for a wide spectrum of services. She is well rounded in the selection, motivation, discipline and leadership of a team to conduct a specific project or scope of work. Trisha has reputation for getting things done, within deadline restraints.
Lesley has over 20 years experience in travel management and business development. She is responsible for seeking out potential business, completing pre-qualifications and tenders, negotiating terms and securing awards. Lesley manages delivery of new projects from award through transition to launch date. She provides ongoing liaison with customers and co-ordinates with Journeycall’s operations departments to ensure service level agreements are met.
