Our Travel Advisors
currently answer over 3000 live calls a day, about half of them
on behalf of clients. .Services include
megabus.com, megatrain.com and TfL's adult Oyster Card.
We also operate
our own services Train and
Bus Enquiries*, which provides information
on public transport services throughout the UK, particularly train
and bus information; and FASTICKET** for the sale of rail tickets
to the general public and corporate clients. .Although
we are mainly a' live ' inbound contact centre we also, through
our partner company Advanced Telecom Services (www.advancedtele.co.uk)
provide highly innovative and cost effective automated call handling
solutions on a 500 line IVR (interactive voice response) platform.

important and growing part of our business is the fulfilment
of printed matter. Operating in a secure environment designed
to meet the exacting standards of clients, we print and dispatch
rail tickets and travel smartcards and can also provide storage
and fulfilment of pre-printed material such as leaflets and brochures
(eg timetables etc). |
